Yes. Regen and creep aggro does allow you to not get dumpstered in a lane as a PA vs two harass-heavy heroes with weak kill potential. Sure, you can't expect to win the lane 1v2, but if you stall them by 15 mins and let alch freefarm the jungle he will get radi and you will win on the back of quad melee cores with Empower. And if you expect to win lane every game you may want to transition to (avoiding obvious joke) League of Legend. That game was not just winnable, It was basically unlosable if not for your mental breakdown.
If getting insulted over the internet is enough to force you to contemplate suicide then everything is, so that's inevitable.

@OP News Flash: MMR Hell doesn't end, you will always get trash teammates, so if you want to stay where you are because you feed since other people don't deserve to win, you will not climb. Because you will always run into people that don't deserve the win, or you can suck it up and play the game.
