I take your point Desephviasco, and a part of my agrees with your sentiment.

But at the same time this is an experiment. There is a chance that this form of forced role mm will encourage a larger segment of the population to respect and understand picks and strategy.

I still feel like we’ll have a better idea of how well this functions after this whole experiment is over. In the end Valve has all the data, we only have anecdotal evidence.

Maybe would be better to implement position queue where players pick pos. 1,2,3,4,5

There have been some issues where soft support thinks he is pos 5 etc.

edit. Sry shit idea because people doesn't know what is positions and how positions should be dynamic in the game

Why does my calibration stays on 10 games forever? I played 8 ranked games skill group doesn't go up and calibration games stays 10 on stats. Games counted on matches but doesn't count on stats. I should get my hidden rank by now but now I am forever calibrating. And also i'm stacked on guardian crusader rank hahaha

well, tbh as a turbo player (pepega) idk what i supposed to do with the new ranked system, but it seems pretty nicer than before. and btw idk when partying with some particular friends (irl friends) i kinda hate it, i know what is my flaws and i know my friends flaws but they didnt even realized it and they doing some mistakes over and over again. :/
and when i solo queing i feels happy, feels free, and i can adapt with those random people i met on pubs. maybe i need helps or maybe i too much playing turbo :(

What the shit are you saying, you still have to reach 100 matches in order to callibrate for ranked game. In your profile, your games played is about 17 I think. You need to play 100 normal matches in order to play so you can callibrate your mmr, I dont know if turbo applies though.

I really like the new system. Couple of features I'd like added though.
1.Once in game you should be able to right click on someone and request to swap role so long as they have also queued for the role.
This would be really useful as sometimes the picking stages dictates that your main hero's or comfort hero's aren't ideal picks for the game and someone else might be comfortable with better matched picks and you should be able to swap without messing up your mmr.
              2. Need options that specify "Solo comfortable" "Jungle" "Roamer" So that when picking you know that your team will be able to support what you do. Games are too dynamic and with playing with people you don't know, understanding what they are comfortable is key to picking hero's with the ambition of winning.
              3. There should be an option for losing a game but not losing MMR. There are games of dota where you can play 100% follow your role, do your job and help others with theirs however your team doesn't win. (A lot of the time due to some player/s making multiple bad calls and throwing the game, personally I feel this happens more to the support players however as a support player I know there are multiple occasions where I am the cause.) In some games I'd even be willing to sacrifice extra of my MMR for a player who didn't deserve to lose theirs.

Regarding those who say this new mmr shouldn't be implemented for mmr below 2.5k ect, I'm below this system and I don't want to lose this feature. I might not understand the roles perfectly but I understand well enough farm/rotation priority team building positions/initiation/crowd control & utility and how they generically split across a team. I also understand that every team build and oppositions team build should also be taken into account when working around these and that it isn't a simple thing that has a golden rule for every situation.
