giving out take two tickets is a good idea for them cos it further incentivize playtime compared to simply providing standard card pack ticket (altho you can immediately convert it by quitting the take 2 game after drafting)
I go cookie build and its very good actually. Usually you cant fight with rad only but i dont know that pt really makes the hero very strong with rad.

Some noob in ns with just farm lane solo and you can just solo kill them with rad manta pt. Basically you can run to 3guy and you will still survive

Your farm speed is ok for that bracket,Don't go SB, get a pike as escape and chase/last few hit item would be much better.
The 20 agi/15stg work wonder on him also.

Wondering why a burning 5000 hp ghost girl who reflects damage back suddenly comes out of my ass stunning me for 2 seconds and 3 of them suddenly comes out and each of them hits me for 60 pure damage and they have 0.5 attack time
troll doesnt need pike that much, now like how for example a drow needs it. you can be pretty kiteable tho, especially before you get fervor stacks. so if they have an sd or a riki ore anything with a strong slow, the forced movement is pretty useful
