I'm getting flattered by people saying Techies pick = instalose
Tons of my games are basically won by 3-4 players, and Techies isn't playing 1v5.
Obviously he makes it hard, but if he's a good Techie player he can create REAL HAVOC in the midgame, and snowball early with some luck..
I'm a horrible player compared to most of you, i'm only 3.2k MMR, but every techie suck's that i have played with, was EXTREMELY lucky to win this one, not sure how we came back from it but we did.
You also have to consider the "let's instapick the new hero even though I haven't even read what its spells do" period that comes with the release of them. That doesn't really calls for quality players.

I dont care if I lose partygames, and yes, so far I dont have great success with techies in my soloQ either, people tend to instant-giveup when you pick techie sadly. During my 24h stream I had 4 games I think where a teammate went mid and just rushed into enemy tower out of spite.
