I feel that way too, but I'm not too sure now. I saw someone on reddit post that they went from legend 2 to divine 1 after 7.33. I've gotten people who are hiding in trees and just meteor hammering and refusing to show up for fights and throw the game on purpose. I don't know if they are just overwhelmed with being able to travel around the map more and don't group or what. But as a pos 5 it's a nightmare.
i literally got recalibrated by the game and was put at that mmr, how exactly is that smurfing lol
idk my first account it only took me like 3 games, but I was definitely smurfing on that account (was legend 1, then 3-4 games later I'm ancient 4), but on one of my other accounts ive played 10 games and still at 10% confidence lol
I was archon 4 and was recalibrated after 4 games to Ancient 1. I played couple of games and won half of them so I am doing OK so far. Most games I lost because I picked different heroes rather than my usual ones. After spamming spectre like when I was archon I win 2 games easily and wasn't definetely carried.
