Playing 10 games daily on auto-pilot is not equivalent of putting in effort.
There are many ways to actually put in efforts.
The easiest one is to watch your own replays, instead of blaming 1k dogs for playing like 1k dogs, try to find out places where you could've played better.

I climbed from 1.5k to 4k, I've seen trash supports, who only know how to blame their cores without doing anything in game.
Job of p4/5 is to make the game easier for your cores, consistently every single game.

learn to last hit in lane no matter what pos u play, engage only in favorable fights ie, teammates positioning, ults off cd, engage the right enemy with vision tactics, deal more damage than they can deal to you, destroy the ancient. doesnt matter what position/role/lane/hero you play as long as you follow these conditions its easier to win in lower brackets. dont worry about itemization, drafting, meta cus none of that really matters until much higher ranked games.
