Isn't this the opposite of being a boomer since Valve is partially reverting the game to how it was originally?
i hate the no roles ranked since i only want to play mid..but i guess this is better for most people..the mmr gain/lose is good tho..

Just tiny airlines dude, you will lose 30 MMR but you will get 4 ranked role games, so plenty of opurtunity to get MMR back!

7 min i couldnt find classic, why would i even queue classic for +10 min to play 5?

Umm, you play like 10 all roles games and then you don't have to play support for 40 games. I don't get what's so difficult. Even if you lose, you don't lose core MMR, just support MMR which shouldn't matter to a core player. You have to undergo a process called 'deferred gratification' and it will give you more respect for your core games. Either that or you can try Ranked Classic and fight over every role each time and you still might end up as a support (when you could have gotten 4 core games if you queued for role queue).

@Berrus when you play rank classic, how will you know what mmr (core or support) you will lose or gain when u cant choose your role. Thanks for answering
@IsayMyLOve You will know during pick/ban stage, there will be role listed under your hero selection, and if it list support/ hard support, you know you will not lose your Core MMR even if you lose this way.
