Its ok against tinker but once hes level 12 he just eats your raindrop like its nothing
^how? laser is pure dmg and nobody going for W on tinker on early lvls any more

Mana regen is under appreciated. Rain drops + basi ring and you're sweet for the early game.

I personally leave laser at lv2 just to kill carts hahahhaha. Change it up depends on heroes.

I swear I never buy this item except on the way to building urn. I wish Dota would shove it in my face more, so that I’ll remember to get it against a Zeus or Skywrath, because a magic stick doesn’t cut it
