1&2 you can 1St pick ench always, if the offlane gets too Hard play her as 4.
Sometimes if you dont have Support or your Team wants to play aggressiv, she can be played as safelane.
3. your mainly survive fights due to mobility and Positioning, if enemy has high burst dmg buy HP, like atos is rly strong. Also you should always have either euls for purge or drums if you Team has No drums yet, both give mobility and mana Regen, very strong for ench.
4. 6 Slots ench can be like Pike (you always need Pike) Pipe, Hex, atos, euls, bkb, skadi, heart. What ever you need you can buy many items. I personally dont See any point in buying agha, its very weak Item.
Also in rare cases when you want to buff your dmg Kaya is viable Item.
Roaming ench can buy items like Glimmer or spirit vessle.
