i dont see how they expect their new system to be better than the old one
if u dry it down all u get is some sets(which probably wont include anything too good because u want to sell that directly) and the fancy chatwheel taunts/ascended stat tracking gems and u have to pay every month for it if i understood correctly, so u cant keep using gems/chatwheel if ur plus expires

i dont think many people will care about the helper, theres dotabuff and opendota that does the same thing for free

The only thing I don't like about it is that they have updating stats on item recommendations DURING the game. Seems a little pay to win to me. Sure it probably wont change most games but its the principle of the matter I'm against
