improve in skill and your bracket follows up naturally

Not sure why you would choose the hardest hero to grind mmr, but sure.

i have like 3 people in my friend list who got to 7k because io spam.

In high level games sure, but relying on your teammates this much in normal skill bracket is just going to end in disaster. Half the times your teammates barely know you relocated them within the first few seconds.

so, im in right way? means can i get HS/VHS with io and improve my skill to improve my bracket

help' someone can share dotabuff link with support spam from normal skill into HS/VHS without carry scene

Don't spam io.
Io requires your team to understand the hero as well as you having an understanding of the hero.
Solo que normal skill doesn't go well with io.

IO require very good communication with your team, which means this hero won't work well if you play solo and stuck in lower bracket like me.
BTW, i spam IO even though my skill isn't that good, but i always play with my IRL friends.

support spamming is not worse than spamming core, go for it (maybe not always IO, better try silencer like i do :D and say thanks later)
