Depent on your playstyle if u think u can stomp mid with power treads or u can farm faster with Midas.
Just don't farm jungle with power treads and buy your Aghs in 20+
mm, I think that is better to avoid midas when your lanning stage was really bad, (get ganked, or simply outplayed by your enemy) and conpensate the experience from midas choosing %30 exp gain, instead of forge spirits. So even if you lost the lane, you will get aghanim under min 20, and won't be under level during the midgame because of "30xp talent"

There are two ways to look at % exp talents. You can get them when you KNOW you are going to get a ton of experience, so you get to that sweet lvl 25 that much faster. Or you get it because you know you will have to scrape by but you still want to ensure you get that 25 in a reasonable time.
From my invoker experience, midas seems to be a universally good pickup. Since the midas nerfs it has become more of an economy item that increases the 30-40 min spike invoker carries. If you are being pressured in the early game and can't land a midas under 12 minutes then it might be worth it to build into fighting items; but as a rule of thumb the build is nulls-boots-midas-aghs-bots. I haven't played much with the xp gain talent because it seems that forge spirits having virtually double the power is strictly better but I'm sure better players than me could comment on the usefulness of the talent.

what is the best scenario to buy midas on him? I watched a lot of people which avoid midas, and went for power treads and aghanim scepter, and when is the proper situation to go for "30% xp gain" instead of "2 forge spirits"
