I made thread about this like 2 days ago and I am looking for it right now
so far there was 2 years in a row a cycle of fall winter and TI battle passes where the fall one came right after the TI

the problem here is that the TI didn't officially end, it will end at 02.10. or sth along those lines and last year there was a 1 month gap between the TI BP and the Fall BP.
