The reason was after accepting the match, it just showed 'establishing connection' and then disconnected.. I got failed to ready up ban though :(
Happened 10 times already over 3 different accoint. Got 2 day ban on 2 and 1 day on another..
Do you guys have any idea why it failed to establish connection after accepting a match.. I had decent ping though like 70ish.

it means you failed to ready up 9 times total if you have 3 accs, that's your problem.

That is true, you can't expect Valve to compensate you for your bad internet connection. I've gotten two consecutive 24-hour bans on one account, and it's solely because of unreliable internet.
However, they should be a little lenient and not jump to 24-hours but rather 5min, 30min, 3hours, 12hours...
