General DiscussionIm back :) can you guys update me on the meta?

I had alot of problems with my providers and didn't have stable connections since june, and therefore didn't play at all
But now my internet is back

So I'm a bit behind the meta since 7.06c, can you update me?

BTW i followed all the games of the TI and also a lot on the FPL, so I wasn't totally out of touch
From what I gathered now stable lanes are still mandatory, and lane winners (lich) are first ban worthy
Also abilities to take objectives quickly and efficiently is important, so heroes that can do it constantly and put pressure like veno, shadow shaman, lycan and pugna are great. And with the buff to tiny throw's mana cost, he is somewhat of a viable roamer with good setups
And vision is as mandatory as itnwas in the last year, with nightstalker and nyx still broken

Also that echo slam is stupid and 0 cast point aoe stun is retarded strong

Are my assessments close? And can you update me for meta changes I'm unaware of? Maybe also the pub meta which I'm totally out of touch from?
