if you keep losing the same MMR you gain, then you're playing in the correct skill bracket.

Your only choice is to play support SD.
Item build for supporting with SD. Make sure you hit them with your ulti so you can try to steal as much kills as you can so you can transition into right clicker to carry the team at the end.
Keep at it and make sure to always build a 25 minute Midas if you want to win as a support.

1. find a comfort hero, SHOULD be core not supp
2. go watch pros play him for at least 10 games. after that u start seeing some patterns like how they farm, how they keep up with their mana regen and what fights engage to or dont. try thinking about these stuff when u watch the replays.
3. spam the hero until u dont have problem executing spells and items and stuff with him
4. now that u dont have a problem with ur mechanics in game cuz u comfortable on that hero, try going for the next level and think about the strategy game more. think where is better to farm, when u should try engaging on a fight or gank and when not, what are power spikes and other next level stuff. u can find the tutorials to these in either gameleap/pvgna/blitzdota youtube channels or cookie's guide (https://www.rampageacademy.com/)
