there's nothing you can do but create a new one if you want a high mmr then learn the basic to advance concept of playing dota 2 like a book.

stop playing random heros. I dont know why you would pick meepo in ranked and then end the game 0 11.
also there is like 500'000 hours of guides that can help sub 1k mmr players. starting from last hitting to itemization, literally anything. And if you're sub 1k and cant climb you are bad at everything, so watching any video will help you.

Thanks guys for help will try to follow them. I have one more issue in my bracket people won't pick counter heroes they pick the hero of their liking. They prefer to pick PA or juggernaut against Axe. Also, it would be great if can you suggest me what should I play more carry, support, semi-carry or pusher? I generally pick pusher as no one in my brackets like to push until 40 mins. So I push when I see opportunity.

at 1k the hero you are trying to counter pick most probably sucks hard. so you dont even need to counter him.
It's not good if someone picks hero XY to counter enemy hero YZ, when he cant even play hero YZ.
Look at me CK gets countered by half the offlaners and I still have a 60% winrate. according to dotabuff axe is the buggest counter to CK, but I dont think I ever lost a game against axe. because people at 2k cant blink call anyway
Follow all-hero-challenge - this was you will find the heroes who you were born for. I myself found Batrider playing ahc.
I don't think counter picking heroes really matters to us below 5k mmr's, also don't create another account because it will be the same regardless how many accounts you make, find 2 or 4 heroes you are gonna be comfortable with and spam them, don't be too versatile since we are not pros or something.
I got some help from a community member. I will try to follow his advice of perfecting few heroes instead of trying random ones. Thanks for the help.

Don't think you can increase your mmr and get better just buy playing. you actually have to put in work. learn

My MMR is poor. I think my game is improving but I don't see this getting reflected in my MMR. All they do is talk trash. Can some be kind enough to look at my profile and help me improve further?
