Im only in 2k but Ive changed a lot in how I approach the game so Ive been winning relatively more often in solo ranked and getting better stats. Tell them all the reasons why they shouldn't do it and why you should do it (in a non-condescending way of course). Be like "guys, let me initiate because (state reason why) blahblahblah". Just tell it to them properly and in a way that any human being would understand. It's been working for me but there are times that theyre just plain idiots and will blame you even if you keep on telling them why your team keeps losing teamfights and towers. lol

my new account also has 100-0 100-0 100-0 wth 100 rampage, 1000 triple kill everygam and 10k mmr. lul
