ye I'm never taking it, I find his base regen to be enough and if I get really low hp after farming a stack or ancients or something I either go and sunder someone or bring myself a salve, but tbh thats really really rare, also you can use shrines.

Early game, you let illusions tank neutrals, mid game your armor is so high, your natural regen is enough for farming.
