If you activate it and use it for its full duration you can theoritically reach LV70 without battle cup and opening treasures.
And LV60 is the full potential of the battle pass already. You still can reach this from now though.
I have it and it doesnt seem as good as previous ones, but that being said, it is still early and not all of the treasures have been released. It also runs for a pretty long time as well. So if you want to spice things up a bit then it might be worth it, if youre fine with dota as is then dont bother.
It looks like its not Pay to Win like the other battle passes. So that's good. May still change though
It's much harder to level up than the TI one imo. The quests are harder. And there's no random weekly rewards like the Lina fireballs. But it's cheaper so you get what you pay for I guess
