You need 4200 gold for an item that does their ult just worse, because it is only 2.5 sec stun, not affecting spell immune targets and you need vision on the targets. It can be good for rosh pit fights but rosh also got nerfed so this will happen less

Try it out. Sure it doesn't go through BKB and stuff, but you can now initate fights as storm spirit instead of wait for others to do that. It's actually really good if you consider, that storm is mobile af.
