The strongest team? I would have to say any team that doesn't have Arteezy in their team.
team liquid seems to have the most consistently solid results, although other teams like secret might have potentially higher peaks. hard to say, you really can't pick 1 mess out of the 20 other messes and say it's the better mess
On recent form, I'd say Liquid and Fnatic are amongst the strongest teams right now.
Teams like Secret and Navi appear to need more time to gel and hit their peaks.
Secret has the best players in a team , but as a team they need to gel more like any other team would, such as fc barcleona in 14-15 at the start of the sseason. It s a matter of experience as a team.

i feel like there's always a bunch of really good players scattered around various teams but they hardly get chance to show up

I mean its such a mess right now. The team that looks strong in a tournament gets completely rekt the other.
