i just pick omni if im lowest. also i pick omni if im highest. also ive been winning a lot lately.
I often play with my mates they all around 500 - 1k Solo mmr and we play on 2k Team average. They always pick carrys and wonder why i dont win game for them as im 4 k
Was 3.6k, tried to support a 3.8k Sven.
He bought a helm of the dominator and then did not even use it to dominate a creep once. Went Treads-Helm-BKB-Heart-Blink Dagger (at 48 minutes just before we lost).
Ended the game 5-9-2 after doing nothing but farming almost the whole game.
Next game I picked Zeus, went mid against a 4.1k (team mmr) TA, solo killed them pretty early on, ended game 7-2-14. Was not such a high KDA as I was playing safe in order to not get caught out by TA who got an early blink and Sand King.
Yeah I'm never supporting again.
im in 3.5k range and i nvr go support , players in this range is terrible blamer n farmer ... pick hard carry am/spec/pa even in winning game farm ntg n keep feeding coz they're so hero minded but go on wrong timing , or they will just rush to enemy in group to kill the low life opponents .. damn bravo

please don't snatch core roles. I'm not talking about a 50 mmr difference, I'm talking about higher ranked games where the distribution is messed up and people can be several hundred mmr apart.
It is literally the worst thing to do. You firstpick a core hero, get counterpicked and then you can't even outplay them BECAUSE THEY'RE BETTER THAN YOU. Like for goodness sake AT LEAST don't first or second pick the core.
I had some 4.7k safelane OD who got rekt by an offlane Warlock.

Then the dumbest reasons these people give is that "when I go support, my teammates mess up", ya idk about your other games but in this particular game its obvious everyone is better than you
