yes but they are cheap shit and break and they are really big and uncomfortable. My razr naga the opitical sensor got gummed up all the time and wouldn't move. I had to clean it a lot.
I have a razer imperator. I have a chroma keyboard, too.
The imperator is a pretty good mouse most of the time; it's a good shape and weight and it's very responsive. But the left click has a double-clicking problem; if I try to hold the left mouse button down (not really a concern in dota) I'll often register that I've released the button when I haven't, or it'll just spaz out of control. This is apparently a common problem and people talk about it and have ways to fix it, I just haven't bothered to take it apart to fix it yet. The LED in the palm went out like two weeks after I bought it but it doesn't seem to matter to me. The mousewheel doesn't work right on OSX, which isn't a problem I've had with other devices; it randomly jumps positions. I like it enough, it's served me well, and it works well enough that I don't feel the need to replace it, but I can't say that I like it enough to recommend it.
tbh I don't think I'll ever buy a razer product again. I legit dislike the Chroma. It's so bad for day to day use that I use it exclusively for gaming; when I'm working I switch it out for a different keyboard. The only reason I even continue to use it for gaming is that my main programming keyboard has no function keys, which I use in game for a few things.
Steel Series , with steel series mouse pad. The mouse pad is only like $9 but it makes A WORLDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD of a difference. Your reaction times will increase heavily having a perfectly smooth mouse pad to compliment your mouse.
Thanks for your replies,
I have heard similar stories about Razer SCRAPS so will avoid them. I'm currently using a R.A.T 3 which is decent and lasted over 4 years now but it really is time for a change.
Has anyone tried the Corsair Scimitar? Similar to the Naga...
Are there any other mice out there with more than 2 thumb buttons? Ideally I'd like 5 or 6 for the items.
i use razer taipan
razers are good but overpriced imo
it has 4 mouse buttons, but i use only 1 (scoreboard) because they are really uncomfortable (like any mouse imo)
phantom riki strikes again. troll confirmed guys, no way he's legit anymore bragging about a touchpad. you blew your cover dude.
Roccat Kone(+). The layout is similar to the old Logitech MX518 that I loved, with just the right amount of buttons.
Its widely recognized that the Logitech Daedelus Prime is the best Doto mouse pound for pound.

I'm looking at buying a new mouse. I only play Dota 2 nowadays so was thinking of going down the MMO type mouse with more thumb buttons.
Can you recommend any good ones or if not, what are you using and would you recommend that?
Cheers.
P.S. I know its always specific to hand sizes and what is comfortable and blahdy blah, but just want to know your thoughts.
