In your settings, you can set key binds to your keys to control your main hero, another to control summoned units and illusions, and another for all three. You could also hold left click and make a grid over all your units in an area.
1. you can set control groups for controlling groups of treants. you can set a key for 'select all other units' in the options, as well as a key for 'select all units' which allows you to select all treants along with NP.
2. S is the default key to stop this
Control groups and select all other units. Really you don't need control groups though.
Usually your treants only fall into a certain number of functions
Summon them, split them to scout. No control group needed just send them all one by one to different locations.
Push, Send most to lane and peel a few off to scout.
Pull back, select all other units and click to a safe spot.
Block hero, right click with np and select all treants and start blocking.
Select all units and a click their throne is pretty good once you have aghs. Push all lanes.
I used to use control groups all day in dota1/sc but now that items are 1 2 3 4 5 6 i don't bother. Courier hotkeyed, all other units hotkeyed, hero is spacebar. That's all you need.

Ok I'm noob don't flame me ok.. now:
1. How do you control differently if you have 2 groups of treants? How do you select all of the treants? How do you select all of the treants with NP? And how do you select the newly group treants that if you click them again it's the previous group of treants? Yeah this is confusing that's why I'm asking.
2. How do you stop teleportation when you have click the selected desired location?
