1). treating party queue and solo queue differently might be a good idea as well
2). DO NOT ask to count anything like KDA, HD, TD, etc. Only winrate, amount of matches, and average difficulty. There is a reason why MM works in the same way and doesnt evaluate your personal performance (except for calibration), considering only win/loss ratio.

Are you a moderator for forum only or do you participate in stuff such as achievements and rankings?

1. Removal of professional division. Pro players should be treated as regulars in pubs.
2. Separate leaderboard for professionals in which only stats from official matches will be counted.
3. Pro players can still appear in regual leaderboard but without any special treatment.
4. Only ranked matches should be counted. Or at least ranked matches should have much bigger impact on rankings than normal.
5. More weight of XPM, GPM, HD, TD, HH and other stats you are able to gather. Currently games played, WR, KDA and division seem to decide the rank mostly or entirely.
6. Different criteria for different heroes. Lycan is expected to have high TD, Zeus high HD and KDA but low TD, Earth Spirit high kill participation, etc.
