Normal skill isn't a problem.
Losing all your CM matches in 6.86f is, though. I wouldn't mind joining you, but only if I captain.
Normal skill doesn't technically define me as a player. And I'm okay with anyone captaining as long as there is communication on what the strategy is.
But your draft's potential will be limited by your understanding of the game mechanics and your mechanical skill.
keep playing ranked matches rather. there's not much you can get from playing captain's mode with 2k ppl against 2k ppl

I wanna start doing some competitive matches against friends teams / teams from wherever for like a little bit of money or just fun. I've been practicing the art of counter picking and laying out strategies and its worked well in some CM games of mine. If you wanna join up add me on steam. (I realize I am not a very experienced Dota player with 600 matches but I am doing this to better my skill and have fun in the process)
