What exactly needs to happen so you report a guy?
Does lack of skills include ?
    Or
    Just behavior issues ?

              TheMaverick427

When someone is deliberately feeding/throwing the game. Or when someone immediately unpauses after a disconnect without waiting for that person to reconnect at all.

I usually don't report for bad / unusual playstyle.

Unconventional item build / hero pick? If it works, great. If it clearly can't work / is being countered by the enemy, I'll try to talk you out of it, but "teammate not listening to me" is not a reportable offense.
Speak in language I don't understand, no problem. I'll find a way to communicat, but if I fail, again, "teammate not listening to me" is not a reportable offense.

I will however, report for actual comm / ability / feeder. This usually means:
                  1) Saying "gg we lost" and "ff" to the enemy AND following up on that by AFK fountain, AFK shadow amulet, ability abuse, intentional feeding, etc.
                  2) Players who insult teammates without a plan. Yelling at teammates should only have two limited uses:
                  a) Getting someone who is clearly able and willing to listen to make a short-term adjustment.
                  b) Flaming a feeding teammate to abandon.
Both of these things are very limited short-term actions. Call the enemy noob all you like in all-chat and you have every right to silently rage to your computer screen or to your friends on Skype, but please, for the sake of the team, do not yell constantly at every mistake your allies make. Morale is often more important than skill. I don't care if your MMR + play in-game proves you are superior to all other 9 players, you still don't have the right to be a bastard. Part of DotA skill = leadership ability; this means if you truly think you are better than all 9 other players, you should also have the ability to read your allies and enemies and create advice / plans for struggling allies that are appropriate within the skill-level of those allies + are effective against the enemies based off of your understanding of each enemy's weaknesses. A lot of mechanically skilled players often are very low EQ and often assume both enemies and allies are as gifted and try-hard as themselves. This is not a realistic assessment of the enemy and easily causes frustration at allies.
