Shadow Demon's spells look like he's shooting Ebola at people with all his spells, hence the name.
Blink can outrun snowball if you haven't been damaged, but the only real way to avoid it is something like eul's, OD, puck etc. invulnerable spells like SheGz said are really the only ways.
The snowball travels at a speed of 675 and cannot be disjointed.
The Snowball chases the target for up to 3 seconds, so it can travel for a up to 2025 range.

This tusk come out of nowhere and suddenly it just charged at me and no matter if I activate Phase boots or not, he still end up catch up on me and then shoryuken me to death.
