skill bracket reflects ur mmr. can u go up in mmr? the answer to ur question will be the same.
Your account is new so the MMR changing in larger jumps per game than usual. Once it has stabilized you will get +/- 25 points per game.
High Skill ranges from about 3200 MMR to 3750 MMR. Each game you win, you will face slightly harder opponents. To rise from the top of Normal to bottom of Very High you have to gain about 550 MMR points, or win a net 22 games.
You can win a net 22 games by winning:
100% of 22 games
92% of 26 games
82% of 34 games
68% of 60 games
61% of 100 games
51% of 1000 games
If you don't win a high % of games it can take a very long time to go up a net 22 games. If you can't win over 50% you never rise.
Currently I am up a net 125 games. But this is split between party and solo, ranked and unranked MMR scores. Each one is up about a net 31 games or 775 MMR points higher than where I started this account.
You will find that after playing a lot of games you will win close to 50% and have a stable MMR score unless you make a significant change to how you play. If you start trying to learn new heroes your will lose more and your MMR will drop. If you play only your best heroes you will go up.
At those few amounts of games you have it will go in all brackets depending how you do. I mean if you happen to get stomped a few times by 7k smurfs you might get sent down for a bit until you prove your worth again, you're not really in a bracket until you have alot of games in the same bracket without ups and downs.
