In this game you can see that I decided to go farm jungle for 30 minutes. This makes the game last up to a hour before we lose.
I have 100% win rate with other heroes. My loses sometimes happen because I like to throw the game. If you are serious I'll play serious and go my Dagon rapier build.

But if some ppl couldn't read your instructions. How can it fit into your "must communicate well in English category"?
And people, you need to mention your preferred position such like what the OP said. If I am the OP...I will doubt to hire you because you failed to do the instructions mentioned.
I hope they fix the problem I'm having. For some reason I keep getting hs and vhs game. I only have 30% win rate so I'm not sure why I'm playing against people that good.
My party MMR is 3.2k, am I valid? Ah nvm it's US east, i'm gonna lag so hard over there.
Sure throw me an invite, I play about 2-3 games a night except for weekends and Wednesdays.
My game history shows three months of consistent improvement from 900mmr to 2000.
Take note of my hero selection and win rates of each, (I have yet to hit my personal ceiling so I'll even out around 2.5 to 3k).
I enjoy playing as a team, and I don't like rude un-thoughtful players. There is always a solution if you are looking to find it. Even at a loss you can seek improvement. Feel free to add me so we can test out the fit in some normal games and we can go from there. Good luck on the ladder.

Requirements:
.You must be above 2.5k mmr and if you fall on the low end of the 2.5-3.5k mmr range you must prove that your mmr does not represent your play
.You must speak fluent english and be able to communicate with the team members.
.You must prioritize team play at least 80% of the time (this essentially means that you will usually favor playing with the team over playing solo or with friends)
.You must comment on this thread with details on your preferred role and your steam username.
.You must be serious about dota. This team is made with the ambitions of joining amateur tournamnets, and that will not happen if you treat every game like it is a joke!
.You must play frequently (how often is necesarry will be determined later.
Finally and most importantly, it must be made known that this team is going to be playing under team mmr, not party mmr. When we play we will always play as a team.
Edit: Versatility (i.e.: 3 or more main heroes) is not necessary but is appreciated
