Whilst you're at it, can you ask them how they figured adding four slippers to a shield would make it so much better at blocking damage?
stout shield is a shield made from the bottom of a stout(beer) barrel (dota1 item description) so its even more low-grade/poverty than the shield that a poor-man uses.
Whole reasoning behind poor mans shield is that hero is much more faster and evasive cuz of his begging 4 legged stance. Works on most heros except on lifestealer and lesh, who already use same 4 slipper ability by default.

Seriously the names should be swapped. The stout shield is the crappy one, but the better one is not "stout" but "poor man's". Idk about you but wouldn't the poor man buy a cheaper shield? And looking at the stats the poor mans shield is significantly more stout than the stout shield. Seriously volvo, literally unplayable.
