why not pt though, if u r mid? pt > phase in most cases.

Nowhere near OP, characters like Spectre with Radiance REALLY hurt her this patch, many gap closers are strong this patch. (Slark, morph eblade wave form, spectre, more) she's a squishy fragile girl.
Lina was actually more broken in that Troll, Jugg, Sniper meta (6.83) but most people didn't catch onto her until the 6.84 meta. (Leshrac, Lina, Storm, Queen, SF, Tusk, Anti Mage)
Her Laguna ACTUALLY had extended range with AGS in 6.83, and no one seemed to care until she got that taken away in 6.84, and still ended up being one of the best heroes that patch. I remember going mid with her in my 2K days, and RAPING the " OP Sniper pickers " with that pure damage ult, he was already squishy to begin with, so one laguna = bye bye 60-65% of Snipers health. Even Troll wasn't too good at tanking her Laguna pure damage late game. Yup, she definitely should of been picked more in 6.83 than she was.
Only reason I have shit stats with her is cause I played her alot in my nooby days, and cause I usually only play her support, might start playing her mid to raise those stats. :L
Man, that magical damage amplification nerf on Aether Lens has hurt Lina and Enchantress to some extent.
