It shouldn't. But, there are ways to cancel/nullify his ultimate. Naga Siren's Song, OD's Imprisonment, Axe's Culling Blade, AA's Ice Blast, Oracle, etc. You can try Eul if none of these heroes present. Personally, it shouldn't be Borrowed Time you should be afraid of, it's Curse of Avernus.
Yes, break prevents automatic activation of borrowed time. You've to press your ult to activate aba's ult.

WTH really safe lane abbadon in 50% of my RMM games now. I don't know why people are playing them so much, it's not like they are making the s&y, mom/basher build either. What really russles my jimmies is these morons don't ally heal, if they can get 2-3 enemy kills, they would rather like whole team die and get 1 extra kill.
Or they run to a team fight and an ally is low and instead of shielding ally, they run in and shield themselves.
