Happy new year people :D Isn't it a nice time to take a look at what weve been the last year and maybe change some bad things we see in ourselves for our own betterment? Anyway, I'm saying this cause I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (doctor tells me this is the most possible shit thats dragging my energy level down hard for the past few years, although I still need a second opinion). There's no possible cure that can insta-wipe away my illness, however, if I try to adapt a major lifestyle change it might greatly help keep the illness on hold for as long as I stick to it as long as its possible.

I've started having a healthy lifestyle last December, trying to be religious in taking supplements and changing my daily schedule dramatically. That means, rising with the rice farmers in the morning, doto only on afternoons (even with the poor ping), no afternoon naps, and most importantly, SLEEPING BEFORE 9. At first I thought it was easy, doing diligently all the things I'd plan beforehand, even washing the dishes as soon as the last guy on the table had done eating. Days passed, and after a week of austere self-control I just woke up in the morning to realize Ive lost all the dedication I invested in for my self-improvement scheme. I just hate self-imposing myswelf with curfews, it doesnt even help that I'm imsoniac, but I know its not impossible to pull off if you just have complete self-control, something which I want to learn because I am back to my bad habits again. Help!

There are only two words I can say to you, which in some way helped me, too. A lot.

      Start Running.

you have to make it a habit, even something you might miss at some point.

What I mean is that doing something you dont like for the first couple weeks (or months for some people) may seem shitty, but then you start to make it a habit and your body goes automatically on the next task like its natural.

In my opinion if you can surpass the first period of time where it seems hard for you it'll become automatic later on and you wont even notice it anymore.

Yeah thats why I decided to cut back on my online time for at least this month. Its quite hard, everything here is so gloomy glum I might just die of boredom.

TV is actually shit here, I'll get brain cancer
            Too crowded for sports

            This is gonna be hard

Get a friend if you can to do it with you, gets a bit easier just like going to the gym together.

              EDIT:

take me for example, Im in no mood for gym today but my friend is coming to pick me up at all costs so i gotta go and im glad that we motivate each other that way
