i think the only scenario that would force you to max soulrip b4 decay is when u r laning 1v1 for some reason, which is alrdy kinda weird cz undying is strong against trilanes, in the first place.

this idea comes from competitive dota, not from my analysis, I wouldnt rely on my thoughts here cz my undying is shiet.

You only need two in Soul Rip, then Decay is good because CD goes down a lot.

UD is still cancer with no points in Soul Rip till lvl 10

Also max soulrip is better cus u can lasthit using rip, and u can also heal/nuke.

Decay lvl 1 is enuf to reduce str but max it if ur owning

But thats my opinion cus im not the best ud player, 62% isnt good

Reason u get rip is that

I usualy pop tomb, go infront and intimidate the enemy, if they hit tomb i heal tomb full hp, if i get hit i heal hp, then decay

I also bait people with tomb for team cus sometime it works like wonders
