Go with more reliable heroes in your team = Win Game

Choose 10 core heroes to learn professionally (heroes like jug, bb, ember, ...)
Learn them by practicing in bot match for lh/micro then going to normal match for item builds/decision making/skills
Master them
Spam them every game
When youre at the point that you win most of ur matches with them, go to ranked and spam them

Go ranked, lose one game due to your mid player being absolute useless blind dumb deaf retard, lose another game because of your teammates abandoning. Then win one. HF

-Make new account
-Play until u reach Callibrating
-QUit every rank match game and abandon it
-Remove ur low prio
-Play again rank match game
-QUit again
-And u will get a -5000
-Negative 5k mmr HF
