Is WR still good? I ask because before I was getting coaching on her (and Meepo but I stopped wuth him because hand was hurting doing poof combos at the time).
Is that a new spell or item? I don't see it on the new items like that lens, dragon lance or talon. Although it seems shackle shot also got nerfed (able to be disjointed and lower search angle).

So I'm returning from 6 month TDY orders soon (well I played a bit during that time but the last 3 months I couldn't really find time to play). So any suggestions on how to get back into the grove, I started playing some Co-op to help get back into the game.
