Ok.maybe that nerf is a bit too much, just reduce his int gain to 0.2 and he's fine.

The concept of Gyro's ult itself is what needs to be nerfed. The thing has a freaking massive AoE and slows people on like a 50s cd. Tweak the numbers down to 0 and he'll still be a strong pick with that bullshiet ult.
