ya its good and its the correct way to skill but most ppl are lazy and just add it asap for the heck of it

There's no point in skilling the ability before you need it. Sometimes the lane is very passive and you don't need a single skill during the first few minutes, especially if you're just freefarming, some people would maybe get a crit, but crits and bashes can actually fuck up your last hitting, and at the time that you need it, you might want to get as many levels in it as you can, which would not be possible if you randomly leveled stuff you THOUGHT you might need, that guy probably saw a kill opportunity at lvl 6, and skilled in the way to get the kill.

i thought at first that he'd put all his points from level 1 to 5 into stats
well that works i suppose but it's way too tryhard for me

ya its not that big a deal on jugg or most heroes
pretty useful for dark pact slark and 100% necessary for borrowed time abaddon tho

^don't forget WK reincarnation, if you know you're gonna get buttfucked twice you just take the bullet and not skill it because it'll go on a huge cooldown.

How did he skill omnislash at level 4?

^He didn't, he got like 7 points to use, and only started skilling it then. So he could skill bladefury 3 times in the row, etc.
