Skill bracket represents average mmr of the match, it is the same for all the players involved in this match, and it doesnt correlate with your performance.
0-3200 - normal
3200-3700 - high
3700+ - very high

It shows exactly what its meant to show, you owned a game in a bracket were you belong or are slightly above and got owned in a bracket you dont really belong in to.
