Winrate aside, what makes you think it's bad?
I think it's bad bcoz it doesn't rly synergies well with arc, and arc has piss poor stats and dmg to even make use of items like this
necrobook is good, scythe of vyse is good, midas is okay..
but i dont like when you build dps item on him.
S&Y, maelstorm, sb is a bad item for him.
this is good example for this Arc Warden player, Vaxa. He is currently no.1 in Zet picker. Have 93% winrate for thie hero.

this build is pretty inefficient and many factors speak of it.
instead watch 3-4 replays of the guy named Vaxa, he is around 7k mmr(although about 600-700 gained with arc warden, but that is actually what you're looking for).
well he couldn't be 4.5k because he gained about 900 mmr with zet, and 4500-900=3600 which is high skill but he wasn't there constantly (in solo mmr) for the last 10 months.
he should be at least 5k-6k

you could also say i have him confused with someone instead of saying that i talk "out of my ass", cuz i wouldn't say anything if i wouldn't have at least the tiny bit of basis.
hero is good, but it isnt that good. he is abusing some shit 100%. like i dont recognize a single name from his games.

im playing it quite a bit on this 4k acc im boosting. but games on my acc have been lackluster for the past 2 month or so.

he is just really good at the hero, look at the replays.
that might be the real vaxa and this is his smurf, in which case i am sorry for harassing you.
I would assume its a smurf esp seeing as he has a 90% winrate, which is probably partially due to playing againsst players who are much worse than him.

it will be easy to play arc, if u played that hero at dota 1 before dota 2. like an old player. thats arc is good and its fun to play that hero.. even u can play it as ganker, like i did in dota 1. MoM dagger midas travel Divine XD
