Now you have a very big dilemma of which spell to max first. Besides, the 125 CD on Doom is too much I think. They also reduced his BAT.

I go one point into devour max out scorched then lv his new ability for offlane. If you plan on going farm mode I think you need to level devour and get a midas so you can gain levels faster for your new spell. The new spell is waaaaay too strong

I feel like he is much less reliant on doom now

His ulti is just a cosmetic now, not really usefull anymore. I dont think tho his other skills make it up for the nerf.

i think he sucks now he HAS to get close and personal to the enemy to do anything and be easily caught in range of stuff when otherwise it could be viable to deal damage with all your spells

now if you can't do that you're pretty much dead
