Actually Dire has that staircase as well, it's just at a different angle, it's that ramp bellow the dire small camp, it's just that they are more spaced out on the radiant side.

Well since new update and map changes i feel that dire jungle is kinda same... but radiant side its a bit more " gankable" and i think its not balanced cause u may need more wards for vision there + new warding spots.. on the other side dire jungle is kinda untouched and seems more safe
