^Only if you have vision of it. If you put a bunch of wraiths on highground, the enemy won't see it until they walk or place a ward there.

The Spark Wraith is fully visible to the enemy, sooo does it mean that they can only see the Spark Wraith itself or even the circular flying vision animation around it?
