I told everyone the new riki would be shit, completely kill his laning with no regen and bye bye to his mobility/ability to stick to a target = dead hero. I haven't played him or seen him in a game yet and I called this.

Ya new riki is stupid the ult is way too weak I can see what ice frog is going for trying to make him a big team fight hero... But ya its just way too weak and his laning is nerfed to shit

His new ult needs battlefury to be good, but that's so weird to buy on a riki if you ignore his ultimate.
