Man its just impossible to leave 3k if u play only late game carrys to tell a 3 k player to protect carry and dont feed is like you tell a monkey not to eat banannas
well if you play only one role then you deserve to be in low mmr, everything is working as it should be so there is nothing you should worry about

how many years of not playing solo did it take, or were u just always stacking with guys whose party is 1k lower than solo?
I started playing solo gamez like 2 month ago and i dont rly like it ... There's so much hate i usually stack witch my friends and thyre all higher party than solo mmr
