I go treads, optional midas, orb of venom, diffu, s&y, skadi. Just stack agility on him. Bkb if needed, mom basher is shit. Does everything s&y and diffu provide in worse.
Just go him offlane and make sure you dont pick too early etc. Get lvs, rotate mid once in a while to kill enemy mid.
One of my friends did this:
Rush MoM without brown boots
Then Moonshard
and then rapier
he lost horribly and still no brown boots

Anyway, so stat build is still the safest, I guess. Also, I'd never pick him just out of the blue, he gets dumpstered by slardar so I don't want to risk it, and bounty is still really popular where I play.
The Shadowblade into radiance build is the best one. Just remember not to toggle off the radiance because that will greatly reduce your damage output. Ever since glimmer cape was released its pretty much the go to third item. Also don't get boots. They're a waste of money and delay your SB. Gem is a nice pickup too. You can always drop it if you want to escape a gank. Most enemies are so stupid that they will pick up the gem instead of chasing you.
Diffusal is imo failproof in 3k (but only 26 games). Not sure about slardar, still trying to first pick riki to get more slardars in my games.
Since diffusal blade has 0s cd now I don't see why you wouldn't buy it on him. Dust, track and amplify are almost useless against diffusal blade. Still will lose charges faster though, but with 16 charges you should still be able to do a lot before running out. You'll usually get manta afterwards as well, which gives you more self-purge to save your db charges.
And even without the utility of purge DB II is the best source of agility for its cost (which you'll upgrade to eventually, and DB I has pretty good agility as well), which is especially effective on riki who has agi-scaling backstab (and agi main attribute).
you need to eat healthy, so make sure to stock up on mangos, tangos, salves in case of an emergency, and a bottle so you can drink
but in order to buy need you need to get money and for that you need the penis of midas since your only other source of money would be murdering people which is baaad
pms, pt, diffusals, SnY. then you can go for one of the following items:
skadi, bkb, butter, basher, mkb (only against PA and classic huskar with solar/halebard)
dont go for daedalus though, its better to invest in agility rather than just in dmg due to his passive.

SMOKE
RIKOR smokes weed and temporaly increases his main attribute, retardness.
PERMANENT INVISIBILITY
All female characters do not notice RIKOR.
BACKSTAB
RIKOR's best friend asks him "Who the fuck are you and what are you doing here?". RIKOR feels depressed.
This spell amplifies the effect of PERMANENT INVISIBILITY - not even males notice you now.
BLINK
RIKOR blinks. This ability is just as uselesss as your miserable life.

So I've seen all kinds of builds on this hero, ranging from eblade dagon to mom basher to heavy stat shit like diffu sny/manta skadi butterfly etc. What do you go for most games? Every other time I see Rikor pickers in my games they seem to go some bullshit build that does not suit the game, and if they have a dotabuff profile, I realize they're spamming it like retards. So what do you generally do with this hero's items? I've noticed he gets ridiculously tanky with Diffusal Manta Skadi Butterfly build and can actually manfight people/push towers lategame, unless ofc you have slardar who will still dumpster you with half your farm.
