My es is fucking terrible but im 4-0 with him this patch, generally i prefer quickcast... less clicks and makes life a ton easier.
I think a big part of it is finding a key layout you like too aswell as getting the combos down consistently. I play Q-W-E-R--F-D(for aghs) and ALT QWER for items, Everything has quickcast enabled.
For myself too It'd be cool if some ES picker with like a 60% winrate would share some insight. Everyone knows us 4k plebs cant play the hero properly.
quickcast are a necessity for this hero

build a dagger, pull people out of danger, interrupt important channelings with rocks. that's it
