i dont care about games' results and my teammates' performance since the game begins, i come to dota to have fun
but then i forget about it and flame yoshi
flaming yoshi really helps, i feel so much better when I do it
Take breaks. Do something else... or if you really have to play more dota, but don't want pressure then play dota 10 v 10, or for extreme stress relief 10 v 10 IMBA.
You will still be playing what feels like a dota game and practices the same skills, but if you lose you have lost nothing on your dota 2 record and gained nothing if you win. So it is much easier to just have fun and stop tilting.
Remmeber that you will not win about half of your games. If you are going to play solo que, you accept the fact that you will lose half the time. If you really want to win more, you have to stack.
Mute everyone at the loading screen. Stop caring about the result of the game at all, your only goal is to make the best decisions in any given situation.

That's not true at all.
muting only works if its their comments that set you off. Back when online poker was legal in the United States easiest way to stop tilting (and losing money) is to stop playing and regulate your sleep hours.
I suspect a lot tilting and bad manner (mines included) comes from lack of sleep from playing too much at times.
Thanks for all the input. To me it's mostly when people don't think ahead or don't want to cooperate that I get really frustrated. Dota for the most part is a pretty easy game. If played right you can win most games by min 30-40 maybe even less. I don't understand why people want to drag games out when they can be finished. Why they don't tp in to get 3 easy kills when the enemy dives and has less than 20% hp etc etc. The game is really fun when the team plays ruthlessly methodical and just suffocates the opposing team. Maybe I just need to watch more hbo or sleep more. Thanks again for the comments.

I need some wisdom from the players who played for a while. What do you do to keep you from tilting? I find myself having a shorter and shorter fuse when playing. What is the secret that keeps you calm? I'm not trolling either dota is turning me into an ahole and I don't like it but also I don't have any more patience left. Plz help. Thx
